Aaram Baagh, as the name suggests originates from yesteryear's venue popularly known as 'Garden of Retreat' or 'Pleasure Garden', having its association with Mughal Kings and their royal families built originally for relaxation. These were outhouses built outside the city for recreation and leisure purposes amidst royal comforts. Aaram Baagh was first built by Mughal Emperor Babur in 1528, near Agra.
